The cardio kick boxing class teaches students how to correctly punch and kick the bag and pads, and abide by the same workout as our instructors do while preparing for their competitions. There are also partner drills with other students punching and kicking pads with each other. It is a fantastic way to learn ways to defend yourself, while getting a terrific workout at the same time. The swift pace of the class keeps your heart pumping and you'll shedding calories at a faster pace than sitting on the treadmill. Our boxing class focuses on punching and kicking the heavy bag instead of using no bag at all as they do in Muay Thai. The conditioning class is made in high intensity circuit exercises using equipment such as bar bells, free weights, sleds, agility ladders etc. Jumping from one exercise drill straight into another keeps you in steady motion really helping boost your stamina.

Unlike the other three classes offered in the Ladies only fitness program, the squat squad class concentrates on an intense lower body work out. The squat squad class targets an intensive, lower body work out. Squat squad is predominately a weight lifting workout for girls and we target your legs and tone your butt. The squat squad class provides an excellent work out even though it is at a more slowly pace opposeded to the other sessions provided in the women's only training program. Outside of the Ladies only health and fitness program, we also provide co-ed MMA fighting classes where not only are you withstanding an extreme exercise but really concentrating on self defense.

All of our sessions in the Ladies program were created so that you get rid of any where from 700 to 1000 calories each session.
